Selection Process
Understanding Your Experience from Selection to Installation.
  • Most people who are interested in replacing current countertop with Natural Stone have never been through this process before. Here's what you can expect as you look forward to your new kitchen.
  • Prior to visiting our showroom and slab yard, create a hand sketch of your existing kitchen countertops. Go to our estimate page and print off our estimate form.
  • Bring with you a drawer from your cabinets and a piece of your flooring if you have any extra.
  • During our meeting we'll discuss your color preferences and walk through our large inventory of colors. You will choose your stone, select the edge type you prefer, the sink style and type, etc. We'll give you a quote before you leave.
  • When you are ready to book with us, we'll schedule a date to remove your old countertops so that we can template the cabinets for the new slab granite countertops. The removal and template will take 3 to 5 hours depending on the size of your kitchen. In the case of new cabinets, the template will take approximately 1 hour.
  • From the day we template to the day your new slab granite countertops are installed is no more than 7 business days.
  • After the parts are cut to on our bridge saw, they are placed onto our CNC stone processing machine. Our CNC will produce very accurate parts and perfect edge work.
  • Once the parts are finished, they are carefully loaded onto a van and transported to your home for installation.
  • On installation day please remove all items from your cabinets. We'll need clear access from outside your home to your kitchen. The work may take between 3 to 10 hours depending on the size and complexity of your kitchen.
  • We will finish the job by polishing any seams that may be involved in your countertops. This high-end process sets our company apart from our competitors. It produces a seam that is almost impossible to feel.
  • Finally, we stand behind our granite slab installations with a 10-year guarantee!
